Hayley and her team were wonderful and kind in supporting the family through the whole process. Never rushing us for a decision and answering all our questions no matter how daft they were. She was a great comfort to us and helped us through John's sudden passing. Her care and personal attention to the deceased and family should be applauded. We would highly recommend her services to anyone.

In what is a difficult time for families, I found all staff at Hayley Owen Funeral Directors, sympathetic and understanding. They were highly competent and made sure everything was taken care of. I liked the fact they did everything for me after the initial meeting. There is enough to do when dealing with a relatives death and they made it a lot easier for me.

Hayley makes you feel very comfortable when discussing funeral arrangements and there is no pressure on making decisions , having used Hayley’s services for two funerals now we and other family members have commented on how  much more friendly and down to earth her  approach is compared to other funeral directors we have used in the past , visiting your family member is also a much nicer experience with everyone who visited commenting on how home like it feels making you much more comfortable and at ease when visiting.

It's a very difficult time when a much loved person has died - lots of things you have to think about not just the organisation of a funeral. Hayley and her colleagues could not have been better at understanding all this. They were so supportive and helpful and made this part of the sadness of losing our mother so much more bearable.
Not only full of knowledge but advice, suggestions and Hayley has a great team of contacts such as the coffin company, the horses and carriage used, Poppy the catering firm and Andrew Dishman the film maker. And the flower people - beautiful spray wreath for her coffin and gorgeous yellow roses for the burial.
Nothing was too much for her.
Thank you so much for making the day such a wonderful celebration of our mother's life.

Choosing a funeral directors was a difficult decision for us as a family and with a limited budget we didn't want to make any mistakes, however after contacting a few other companies we choose Hayley Owen and what a perfect decision that turned out to be. From the initial consultation and ceremony itself everything was handled with such perfection and respect, their staff are well-dressed courteous, sympathetic and knowledgeable, nothing was a problem everything went like clockwork and our family and friends commented on a wonderful send off and ceremony.

The team at Hayley Owen were really excellent, supportive and made the whole process easy. Nothing was too much trouble, they gave us all the time we needed to make decisions and talk through what we wanted in an unhurried way. Our whole family valued their support at a difficult time.

We would like to thank Haley Owen and Patience for the service we received from them for Ron’s  funeral. ( my dad)
They helped my sisters, daughter and myself through the entire process having no experience of organising a funeral before.
They explained each step and guided us through without any pressure, making sure we were all happy with our choices from flowers to order of service cards.
It was a personal and fitting send off for Ron .
