Hayley was a pleasure to deal with from first contact and throughout our various meetings, some at short notice and at home, to arrange our mothers funeral. During this time she offered sound guidance on the decisions we needed to make and the services she could offer whilst fully accommodating our own wishes to personalise the funeral service itself. She went out of her way to remove the stress of making sensitive arrangements at a difficult time. Hayley is a friendly, courteous and supportive professional for whom nothing is too much trouble and we wish her well in her new premises.

Hayley owen right from the first phone call was so considerate, helpful and reassuring she would do everything I wanted rather than dictate to me what should be done. The manner in which the body was laid out showed she had treated it with respect. She kept me informed throughout and was so kind on the funeral day and led me through the entire process. I certainly would recommend this young girl who not only has beautiful premises but her Daimler cars are very impressive. Those waiting at the crematorium for our arrival, certainly noticed!

I can’t thank Hayley enough for her arranging my husband’s funeral. She is clearly passionate about her profession and this is reflected in the care she gave my two teenage boys and me.
She made suggestions about timings and organisation of the day that left us with beautiful memories.
She cared for my husband with the utmost respect and I wholly trusted her with him in her care.

They were kind and understanding to all my family and took the time to discuss at length about my Nana what she was like which added a personal touch they also came up with unique ideas for her funeral which made it all the more special.
