We have unfortunately had to use Hayley Owen funeral services several time over the past 12 months. At my Mother in Laws funeral last year, my elderly Mum said the service and funeral direction was very good and requested we use Hayley Owen for her funeral. Which we sadly had too last week. We would recommend Hayley to anyone, very empathic and nothing is too much.

Haley was lovely very kind and caring .it was so nice to have music when we went to Lindsey avenue and to stand for a while for other family and friends to say goodbye. It was a very difficult time with everything that was going on(Corona virus) but they did an excellent job .thankyou haley and team even though we was out side it was a lovely day and my dad loved sitting outside so it was a nice way to say our goodbyes xthankyoux

Hayley and her colleagues were kind, caring, compassionate and wonderfully patient. The funeral was beautiful and, knowing that it was the most lovely possible way to say goodbye to my mother, has helped us enormously with the grieving process.

Haley Owen was the consummate professional throughout the whole process. Her calm and caring attitude helped make a very dark time more bearable, and her quiet yet steady presence on the day of the funeral guided us through the events with a steadiness and calm. Her constant readiness to answer questions and offer support was reassuring and welcomed. She made sure we were involved throughout the whole planning of the funeral and we were delighted with the results. We would have no hesitation to recommend her services to anyone going through the bereavement of a loved one. Haley showed respect to our Mum and us as her daughters-we knew Mum was getting the very best care in the most dignified yet cheerful way-Mum had asked for Haley to help her on her last journey, and we were delighted we could honour this.

Hayley and her team were very caring and professional when organising our mums funeral , she was empathic and listened to what we wanted and how we were feeling .
The day of the funeral the flowers that Hayley arranged were beautiful and the service was an excellent tribute in celebrating mums life.

What a beautiful service Hayley Owen provided for my dear husband Trevor, everything she did was so tastefully executed from the moment we stepped into her funeral parlour .
I felt so comforted by her gentle and kind way she organised everything
we all felt that we were in good hands

Hayley and her team provided a very personal yet professional service to the family from the moment they were contacted to arrange collection of my dear fathers body until the service at the crematorium and thereafter. All went very smoothly, we were given many options. We were never rushed and Hayley spent a lot of time with us planning the service and also much further time making sure all the music hymns etc were exactly right. This was our second family funeral in 3mths. Hayley organised the first one for my Mother which was equally good and we had no qualms using her services for Dad too. I cannot recommendation them highly enough. A small family run business that you should feel very confident in engaging. (Retired GP)

From very first ringing Hayley and her coming to see mum and I at out of hour times she was amazing .
Caring , Professional nothing was too much trouble and they went over and above to make sure our needs were meet and advised and helped us with love and thoughtfulness in all they did.
