Haley organised a lovely funeral for my mother.
Everything was taken care of and I didn't need to worry about anything.
All the staff were extremely nice and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble.
The day went like clockwork.

Arranging my own mothers funeral was the most difficult thing to do, but Hayley are her team helped an awful process so much nicer.
From having a selection of caskets to choose from (and the seagrass was lovely- just perfect for my mum).
I’m not sure if all funeral directors do as much as Hayley does, but from liaising with the wake venue, the humanist celebrant, the flowers and sorting the order of service- they took so much stress away with their flawless organisational skills, and it was much more than I expected.
Also the finishing touches: the personalised collection box and the touching angel card (that has flower seeds on) I received in the post after the funeral.
Hayley’s team do an amazing job, and I would thoroughly recommend them.

I cannot praise the team at Hayley Owen enough. From start to finish the service I and my family received was excellent. Patience guided the family to provide a funeral appropriate to my dads wishes. My dad was not religious but was proud of is army days. Patience instrumental in contacting Nicholas Boole to be the master celebrant. Excellent advise. Everyone at the furneral left saying how proud my dad would have been.

Hayle and all the team handled ever aspect of my dads funeral arrangements with efficiency, care and warmth. Hayle rang me each Friday to check I was ok as I had told her this was my special day with my dad where I would take him flowers and food etc.
Its a small family business where you are a person not just a number. Hayle talked us through all the options of things like the coffin and guided us through things like using a humanist Celebrant making everything so easy.
I can strongly recommend using them. Nothing was too much trouble and we had complete confidence in them and their service. Thankyou so much Hayle

Hayley and her team are very good & very helpful at a very sad time of loosing my mum so suddenly, they everything run very smoothly from the funeral to the interment of ashes couple of weeks later, definitely would recommend Hayley & her team

Hayley Owen conducted the funeral of my husband David with great dignity and helpfulness. All arrangements before hand were completed efficiently and speedily. The service sheet expertly arranged, help with finding a vicar for service and florist for the flowers, all recommended by Hayley Owen and providing excellent service.
This was a very sad time but I could not fault the services provided by Hayley Owen. This Funeral Director was recommended to me and I would strongly recommend them, so pleased I used them. Thank you

Hayley saw me day after mums passing she spent a few hours helping me through what I wanted and needed as some things I'd forgot, she spoke every few days make sure I was OK and couldn't do enough to make me feel at ease.the funeral she was there giving us time at the end and checking on us she did the best for my mum
and for us and I will be eternally grateful

Hayley and Dave were lovely when dealing with my husbands funeral. Hayley made things very easy for the whole family at a time when my brain was on strike.

They both went out of their way to accommodate our needs (with Dave being there for us after hours), at a time when Hayley was grieving too.

I would happily recommend using them to anyone.

I was very pleased with the service Hayley Owen funeral services gave, with the prompt arrival in the early hours of the morning after the death of my father. I found her very professional from start to finish. The only thing I would say I would of liked a little guidance on when to go into and out of the funeral as this was my first funeral.

I was blown away with how well we were looked after by Hayley Owens team. Patience took my brother, sister and me through every step of organising our Mums funeral. Patience was amazing! She put us at ease straight away, listened to everything we had to say and made great suggestions for the proper send off we were looking for.
The day of the funeral ran perfectly and this was down Patience and the team being calm, experienced and well presented.

The second time I have used Hayley. First for my father's funeral and recently for my mother's cremation. I highly recommend her. A lovely mixture of warmth, care and the best vehicles!
