Hayley was so welcoming and very informative at a difficult time We were treated with dignity and respect Hayley made us feel at ease and with the help of her little dog we had a laugh or two. Hayley and her marvellous team made a sad day very special. The cars were beautiful we had a lovely courteous gentleman driving and the floral tributes on mums coffin were absolutely beautiful which Hayley had organised on our behalf. I would not hesitate to recommend Hayley Owen the service received was first class.

Hayley and her team were incredibly supportive and flexible. They helped us put together a funeral which truly reflected and celebrated my mums life. Nothing was too much trouble. I am incredibly grateful for a day which I can look back on and know that mum had the best send off we could give her. We are still receiving comments and letters from those who attended saying how moving and special the day was.

So sympathetic and helpful with every request .
My brothers funeral was done the way i would of wanted for myself.
No hastle with the cost or having to put anything up front unlike other funeral homes.
The cherges were very competative for what we recieved.

This is the second time we have used Hayley this year. On both occasions the whole service was conducted superbly. From sitting with her to discuss your unique needs, nothing was too much trouble. Everything at the service went smoothly, and her choice of Teresa Bovingdon to conduct the service was perfect. Could not fault in any way.
