Everything went smoothly from our first emotional meeting to the aftercare after the funeral. Nothing was too much trouble. Patience helped us and guided us all the way. The funeral was just as we wanted. A true celebration of our mums life, which was delivered by Louisa Starr who came highly recommended by the funeral director.
