Hayley and her team were excellent. A homely feel greets you on your arrival, and Hayley's approach is relaxed but attentive and she is guided by you, not at all 'pushy'. Throughout the whole process, Hayley and her team were very accommodating of our needs, helpful and respectful. The day of the funeral went flawlessly, and all of our personal requests were catered for without question.
It's difficult making so many decisions on behalf of a lost one, but I know my wife, Angela, would have approved of our decision to use Hayley, and there can be no better comfort than that. G and T

The best funeral service ever they looked after my brother as you do worry they will be OK. But I truly know Haley and Dave certainly did. They rang us regular to let us know how he was. They are the most friendlest people I have ever come across. They made you feel warm and welcomed you anytime for viewings. The service was truly something else. Very good service, with very kind and helpful staff. We also would say that their value for money is better than any other funeral services in York.

If you want a well organised funeral director, you would be hard pressed to find better, at a similar price.

I liked the informal approach when planning my brother's funeral.There was no pressure involved and Hayley listened carefully to my requests. On the day everything went to plan. Even the classic Daimler hearse was appropriate. Gordon would have been thrilled to ride in such style!
