Choosing a Funeral Director is a rare occurrence under a traumatic experience, one that has to be right on so many levels. The team at Hayley Owen, in the shape of Dave and Beth were out within the hour, despite Bank Holiday weekend, to collect mum. Better equipped than an NHS ambulance for transportation, mum was collected from home and transported with ease and grace. The compassion, sympathy, personal touch, experience was second to none. On-hand support and direction for filling out forms and reimbursing costs options took the pressure off when difficult to focus. With 24hr support, only a call away with advice and providing regular updates. Fully accommodating visits to see mum at rest was a lovely touch to say goodbye. Pricing was very competitive and didn't detract from a flawless service in which mum's final wish of cremation was fulfilled. Outstanding.

At a very difficult time of our lives, Hayley and her team provided an excellent service, and held our hand through making difficult decisions. They remained respectful throughout, whilst also making sure that our needs were explored and that our wishes were put in place. Joel was well taken care of from the moment he was collected from the Hospice to the moment we collected his ashes and we can't thank the team enough for this.

I cannot thank enough, Patience and the team at Hayley Owen. Although a very difficult time for my family and I, they really helped relieve me of all the worry and pressure when planning a funeral. From the initial phone conversation to paying the final bill, I was met with kindness and professionalism. I had rang around a few other funeral directors prior to ringing Hayley Owens and just didn't feel the warmth or understanding that Patience showed me. They organised everything perfectly, made thoughtful suggestions I would not have maybe considered and I was able to execute on all of my Dad's wishes. Thank you so much Hayley Owen and team, I would definitely recommend your services to anyone in the future.
