I would definitely recommend Hayley Owen Funeral Directors for their first class professional service , handled at all times with care , kindness , consideration  and with a smile . We were given endless options catered to mum’s wishes . The right people , doing the right job in the right place at the right time.

Hayley was professional start to finish.
We had no idea where to turn to organise a funeral but Hayley took control of everything we needed and put our minds at rest, and made the whole process easy for us.

I’d like to say how grateful my Brother and I are to Hayley and all her staff for the handling of my late Mum’s funeral. (12.5.21) From our first meeting with Hayley, who we found to be one of the most caring and compassionate people we had ever met, and every other contact with Patience and Dave.  The whole thing was all handled with care and attention to detail. It made a very upsetting time easier to handle and we can’t thank them enough for their kindness.  Thank you so much. I’d also like to say that the cost of the funeral was extremely reasonable. both me and my Mum were very pleased with the understanding way in which we were treated by the staff at Hayley Owen.
Patience saw us on several occasions and nothing was too much trouble for her, even when we changed our minds about some options. she was very accommodating and always available when we needed to speak to her or visit.
the staff made my Dad look lovely when we visited him some days after he had died.
the premises are lovely, very well furnished and coffee always offered.
Hayley herself attended my Dad's funeral and managed proceedings with respect, quietly and calmly.
all staff were very respectful yet informal, which we appreciated. able to give advice and guidance. would certainly recommend this service and use again in future.

My father’s funeral was arranged with kindness,sensitivity and efficiency. Both the funeral director and her office staff helped in a careful and timely fashion with all the arrangements. The funeral services were conducted with dignity, but in a suitably friendly and low key manner. Everyone present thought that my father had received a memorable and impeccable send off.

Every consideration was given to the wishes of Norman as conveyed by the family. We got everything that we asked for and we were never put under pressure to have anything that we had not asked for - there was no upselling to have a better coffin/more cars etc.
In dealing with Hayley we found her to be very professional with just the right balance of sympathy, empathy and realism it was very clear at every step that we were in control of the funeral and Hayley was there to deliver it for us.
