Hailey listened to our family and put together a funeral that reflected my Mum's wishes. Her team went the extra mile to provide orders of service in Braille for family members who are visually impaired. We didn't feel rushed at any point the whole team were supportive, respectful and professional at all times.

From my first contact with Hayley she put me completely at ease and was very generous with her time. The funeral home is beautiful and it is obvious that a lot of thought and effort has gone into making it as comfortable as possible. The whole team are professional, approachable, knowledgeable and very kind and caring. Hayley is such a lovely person and it is clear that she genuinely loves her work. The staff are very respectful and courteous. I have no hesitation in recommending Hayley and her team and felt supported at such a difficult time. Many thanks to you all for helping to ensure that mum was well cared for during her time with you, and for ensuring that the arrangements worked well on the day of the funeral.

Hayley Owens has been fantastic throughout the whole process from coming out to the house to meet with my brother before he passed, to guiding me through the process of what needed to happen after and helped take a lot of arrangements from my shoulders. On the day of the funeral Hayley and her team were so helpful and polite, they really did help a difficult day go smoothly.

The most caring and professional people I have ever met, they were so respectful to our needs.they helped with getting doves and funeral service leaflets printed. Dave & hayley in particular were very kind to me at my weakest time. very reasonable priced.would definitely recommend them
