I didn’t make the original appointment which was with my dad’s partner and her granddaughter. A few changes were made but not many and there was no problem with that. My liaison was Beth and she was very helpful. Every thing went smoothly on the day. The only negative was that I got sent the wrong invoice. When I highlighted this a verbal apology was made, another apology came with the correct invoice. This was an unfortunate mistake, things happen. As everything else in order I was able to forgive the oversight. Though I would have preferred the other chaps invoice as it was cheaper. Arrangements were easy to make for a visit to the chapel of rest and I was notified promptly when dad’s ashes were ready to collect. I would recommend this independent company.

Having engaged Haley Owen to carry out my instructions for the funeral of my husband, James Holroyd, at no time did I have any cause for concern.
