Having engaged Haley Owen to carry out my instructions for the funeral of my husband, James Holroyd, at no time did I have any cause for concern.

I had no doubt if she said it would happen - - - - it did.
All the staff that I came into contact with were immaculately dressed, polite, and spoke quietly and kindly.
