We cannot thank Andrew and the entire team enough for the care, compassion and professionalism they showed our family throughout one of the most difficult times of our lives.

From our very first meeting through to my stepdad Colin's funeral, they guided us every step of the way with kindness, empathy and complete professionalism. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel calm and manageable.

The funeral itself was a perfect send-off for Colin. So many people commented afterwards on how impressed they were with Andrew and his team. Watching them work was almost like watching an art form. Everything appeared effortless, yet it was clear just how much planning, experience and attention to detail had gone into every aspect of the day.

The whole team worked seamlessly together with such dignity and respect, allowing us to focus on remembering and celebrating Colin rather than worrying about the arrangements.

We will always be grateful for the support we received over the past few weeks. Andrew and his team gave my stepdad the most fitting and dignified farewell, and that is something our family will always remember.

We would like to express our sincere thanks to everyone at Thornalley Funeral Services for the outstanding care, kindness and professionalism shown to our family throughout the arrangements for our mum’s funeral.
Having lost both of our parents within such a short space of time, this has been one of the most difficult periods of our lives. From our very first meeting through to the funeral itself, every member of the team treated us with genuine compassion, patience and respect. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every question or request was handled with understanding and sensitivity.
The funeral service for Mum on Thursday was beautifully organised and carried out with absolute dignity. Everything ran seamlessly, allowing us to focus on celebrating Mum’s life and saying our final goodbye. The attention to detail was exceptional, and it gave us great comfort knowing that every aspect had been taken care of so professionally.
A special thank you to Helen Drake, whose warmth, kindness and beautifully delivered service captured Mum perfectly. We are also incredibly grateful to Ollie, Jason and everyone behind the scenes whose hard work and support helped make such a difficult day a fitting and memorable tribute.
Thank you for helping us give Mum the send-off she truly deserved. Your compassion, professionalism and genuine care will never be forgotten.

Professional and compassionate with attention to every detail. I have used Thornalley Funeral Services for both my mum and dad and could not recommend them enough. At one of life's saddest times, they take away all the stress. At my dads recent funeral, it started with a visit to Traci who just organised it all, taking away all the worries. I visited my dad and he was made to look at peace... something I really needed to see. Andrew took over and was like a virtual hug for the whole ceremony. His professionalism had no bounds.

All of the staff at Thornallys funeral service in Kings Lynn, could not have done anything more or better in our opinion .
From the very first phone call to the receptionist, informing them that my mother had passed, and all of the procedures thereafter, the care shown to my mother, the reassurances, the helpfulness with organisation of the service and advice given etc, all the way through to and including of the day of the funeral, the service we, as a family, received from them was exemplary.
Even the check in phone calls to see how we were coping was certainly not expected but gratefully received.
Everybody we dealt with was kind compassionate and professional and as a family we could not have thanked them enough for the care and service that was given throughout to all of us.

Nothing seems to be too much trouble empathetic in every sense of the word
Even down to regular calls from Andrew Thornally just to see how we were.
The service from their celebrant was fantastic she put together and delivered a perfect service to celebrate the passing my Mum
