My mum passing felt my world had ended, but Thornalleys  were there for me and my family, they were so professional, respectful and caring, they helped me , guided me and nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were amazing , lovely , caring and helpful , especially Traci and Dean . Everything we wanted for my late mum was conducted beautiful. The biggest compliment I can give Andrew and all the staff at Thornalley’s is that they made sure they referred to my Mum in the present tense. It made us feel like she was still with us and meant such a lot at such a sad time. They were polite, respectful and organised at all times and we couldn’t have asked for more from our funeral directors.

I cannot give enough praise for the service we received from start to finish.
