We cannot praise the team at Thornalley Funeral Services high enough from the initial phone call to arrange collection of our Dad ,throughout the planning process and to the Service they showed compassion and professionalism at every stage.
We were given guidance, shown patience with our requests and provided a smooth send off which our family will be forever grateful 🙏

After sadly losing my darling sister Julie, Thornalley were nothing but kind, compassionate, patient, and so professional.
They didn't just listen to me they heard me.
Me Julie looked so peaceful and they made her look lovely. It has been such a comfort knowing that we were all in good hands.
Thornalley kept me updated every step of the way. They took all the worry away when I had no clue as to what to do.
We as a family are very grateful for thier dedicated care.

Everyone at Thornalley is so compassionate from the very first day. They can not do enough for you. They spend as much time as you need going through everything. If you don’t understand anything once you have finished speaking to them and gone home. You only have to phone them and they are there to help. Thankyou all for making the difficult time, a lot easier to deal with.
