The staff were excellent from first contact to last, professional, helpful, sympathetic and friendly. Louise, Amanda and Maria did the organisation for us, and John Hawksworth was the funeral director on the day and he and his team did a great job in just the right spirit. Many thanks Co-op Margate.

On the day everything went well and we were very pleased with the service and professionalism of those involved. The planning process leading up to this was not as good, poor communication and poor recording of information, too many changes of staff to engage with.

Finally, after the funeral there has been far too many emails trying to upsell, very distasteful in my opinion. I have now unsubscribed from all emails in this regard

Service before hand was good.
At the actual service can’t complain other than we had to ask for the Orders of Service to be handed out before the service started whilst we were all seated, normally handed out coming in or on the seats?
I recall that we were told at the office that the undertaker would say a few words at the internment of the ashes but this turned out no to be the case, which I appreciate but somewhat confusing being told this.
Lastly I have had to chase Dewar Street  for the paperwork for the plot / lair at Dunfermline Cemetery with no response. I understand Fife Council mails them to the undertaker, no to get no response either way from Dewar St is disappointing

My wife's funeral arrangements were with from start to finish with great care
and compassion. The two young ladies went out of their way to make us feel
as much at ease as possible on such an occasion and the Committal and following
service was without a hitch.

The care and attention myself and family received was excellent,from the way they collected my dad to giving me his ashes,we as a family were devastated when my dad passed although no one cld take away the pain the team at Springburn made it easier for us.

The team at Co-operative Funeral Care, Knaresborough Road, Harrogate HG2 7LY looked after the recent funeral arrangements for my mother with professionalism, compassion and respect. Jo Bower kept us informed throughout the proceedings. Her friendly outgoing personality made a very difficult time so much more bearable. Jo is a credit to your company. I think the gentleman who took care of Direct Cremation and casket arrangements is Mark. He showed the same levels of excellent customer service as Jo. My sister and I want to praise and thank them both. I will recommend Co-operative Funeral Care to family and friends when the need for funeral arrangements is required.
