Our welcome upon arrival was warm and friendly and we felt very comfortable at such a sad time and the planning of the funeral was carried out with ease. Everything we planned was carried out efficiently and expertly and the day of
funeral will be a cherished time in which to remember our loved one.

The Funeral director in Addlestone were very kind and considerate and looked after us very well specially my mother who lost my Father after 63years of marriage, we were very great full and would highly recommend them.

The only negative comment I have on behalf of myself and my family is the confusion over mums funeral plan. We were made to believe through confirmation from co op funeral care that mum did have a funeral plan. But 3 days prior to her funeral we were then told the funeral plan had been cancelled. This is currently an ongoing investigation.

Friendly staff who explained the process of what was going to happen.Found the song our mum loved and played it for us at the graveside.
They also watched our car that had our dog in which put our mind at easy not having to worry if he was ok.Great team of people who truly cared .

Myself and my family would very much like to thank David and Sharon for their excellent customer service from beginning to end. They were so warm and kind, caring, professional, very respectful, paid great attention to details, were very good at explaining things and looking after us, nothing was too much trouble. David immediately dealt with everything we came up with on email afterwards in a professional and efficient manner. David also chose Rachel Hussey for our celebrant which couldn't have been a better fit with our family and the funeral service we wanted and she was so wonderful, kind and thorough and made the most beautiful addition to a poem for us. The service was utterly perfect and a lot of people commented to us that it was the best service they had been to. Thank you to David, Sharon and Rachel for what has been a very warm and caring experience and went out their way to help us at a difficult time. Sending lots of warm regards - Julie and family
