Thank you to Stephanie Gillott-Bibby, at Chorley Co-Op funeral care for the most perfect send off we could have asked for mum
We do not live in Chorley, but Steph arranged for my mum to be looked after at the local branch in Walkden, with Bev who was also absolutely amazing. Mum was taken to Overdale Crematorium in Bolton on the Truimph in style!
The service was fantastic due to Minister Mike (Steph has his number if anyone needs it) and the over all care provided by the Co-Op (because of Steph excellent customer service).
When someone close to you dies - it is hard enough to deal with the loss, never mind trying to plan a funeral on top of it- but Steph took ALL the stress and management over and assisted me every step of the way!!
If you need a funeral director with care, consideration and passion and pride in her job then I recommend contacting Steph.

Very professional and courteous service explained every step, funeral service was perfect the cars (jaguars) were immaculate. We've had co-op for my Dad,Sister and now My Mum that's how good they are.

Tracey was lovely and very welcoming, she was great at supporting myself through the process, Liam who we hired as a humanist speaker was exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect at the burial and the wake, hope to never need either again but would go to them straight away if I ever do.

Nipla and Nikki and also Chelsea made the whole sad process very easy. 
Nikki really went the extra mile with understanding of how I wanted my mum dress.

Chorlton Funeralcare helped us arrange and hold a very smooth and comforting funeral for my sister-in-law.  You don’t realise beforehand how little time you are going to have to get a lot of choices made and material prepared for a funeral: you have to move fast at a time when you are distressed and trying to accommodate different family views.  Chorlton Funeralcare’s first great skill was diplomatically and helpfully getting us to make all decisions at the right time.  Their second great skill was running everything on the day perfectly: unobtrusive, tactful and totally in control.  Michelle and Lucy are a great team, and very easy to work with.They took on special requests, and missed nothing.
