All the staff were compassionate, caring and followed arrangements planed by the family and kept contact with us to make sure everything was correct at a very difficult time.

The care and support we recieved from Heather was outstanding,it made our grief bearable, the communication and effort she put in to ensure we knew what to expect. The whole experience could not of gone any better. The embalmer captured my father in law to a T, the attention to detail was from his hair to his finger nails. All the staff where very professional, firstly by introducing themselves prior to the funeral and explaining what would happen on the day. As a family we could not thank you enough.

Having arranged my sister's funeral 3 years ago I knew the colleagues in New Romney Co-op would be outstanding. This was manifested by their excellence in arranging my wife's funeral recently. The Booklet was wonderful, the flowers were beautiful, the documentation was impeccable; most important of all was the personal consideration given to myself, given that sometimes I was near to incoherence because of my personal grief and distress. The service of Vanessa and her team in the difficult [for me] cremation service was appropriate, helpful and very welcome. I could not fault anything during the whole situation. Thank you. The funeral for our Mum was organized and handled with such care by the Co-op in Cowick Street. All our wishes were acomodated. All the staff are so kind and caring they go above and beyond. They all made a very difficult day run smoothly and we can not thank them enough

From the very first day they took over ther care of my fathers body,and funeral organisation, I have nothing but high praise for both Richard and Vikki who were extremely supportive at a very difficult time.
