Generally we were satisfied, but we were very unhappy to receive my mums ashes in a paper bag - similar to how you would wrap Gish and chips!

The service provided was excellent.  Jamie and his colleagues helped every step of the way from arranging the funeral to carrying it out on the day.  This left us as a family with no stress and everyone was lovely and could not do enough for us.
