Everything was as it said on the proverbial tin!
I have been involved in using your services with satisfactory results previously and so was quite content to return again. I particularly prefer your quite open, friendly and practical approach with your face to face dealings despite such sad occasions.
Initial arrangements with Norisa at your office, then with Funeral Director George on the day,also with delegated Celibrant Mark were all measured and appropriate.Thank you.

We had Roy looking after us, from the first meeting he kept us informed and was in touch regularly which I thought was a nice touch 

The funeral was done to our wishes and it couldn’t have gone better.

Can’t fault the care and service given by Long Eaton Co-op Funeral Care.
The lead up to the day of my husband’s funeral was without problems which I would put down to the staff my family dealt with. They were caring, kindly and respectful at all times and dealt with everything in a quiet and organised manner and mindful of our loss at all times.

Not the easiest of jobs to do, but they did it very well

The co-op were great from the start. Nick tindall was the lead and he was great from start to finish. He arranged the celebrant who was brilliant. He went above and beyond and on the day of the funeral it went very smoothly.

As you can imagine this was one of the most difficult times anyone could go through, losing a loved one and then having to deal with the funeral arrangements is a very distressing time but, the staff here at the Co-Op, made the process easier to deal with. Their gentle approach, the compassion and understanding was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend these lovely people.

There are no words to convey my gratitude for the compassion and respect extended to my dear departed Mother and my family throughout the whole process of arranging and attending her funeral.

Belinda, Craig and his colleagues were, and are, a credit to Rushey Green's Parlour.
