Andrea was really good from the beginning and she helped me out all way long. Very supportive and professional. I’m giving 5 stars to the team : funeral director, celebrant and Andrea. The only not good thing is that quite pricey !

Initially I had enormous problems contacting them...probably because they use a Manchester head office call centre
It was often difficult to contact the branch...possibly because of staff looking after more than one branch
However my fears over any problems extending to the day of the funeral were not realised thank goodness
On the day everything was excellent.The limo being on time,the Funeral Director was outstanding with her care and organisation,I have nothing but praise ...the day was worthy of a 5 stars appraisal

The service from cooperative funeral care was excellent. The support and assistance throughout from funeral planning and preparation to the service on the day was above and beyond expectations. The whole team were respectful and welcoming showing attention to detail and empathy at all times. This was a great help to the whole family at such a difficult time. I can't even put into words how amazing all the staff are at coop funreal care. They go above and beyond, extremely helpful, respectful and friendly. They helped give my grandad the best send off and made everything perfect for the day, just the way we asked. Would highly recommend thier services.
