The co-op funeralcare in Wallsend carried out my wife's funeral and they did it brilliantly, everything went to perfection, Becca was our director and she was amazing, she is a lovely caring person who carried out our families wishes to the letter, all the staff in Wallsend were kind and understanding and they looked after my wife when she was in their care with love and tenderness, Many thanks to you all from our family

From the collection of my mums body from her home to the Funeral on the 2nd April I found everyone at Browns professional and courteous. Saff, our Funeral Arranger, was very supportive and guided us through everything step by step, always available in person, or at the end of the phone to help us with any questions we had. The Funeral Director kept in regular contact to make sure we were happy with the arrangements, down to the smallest detail. The Celebrant, arranged via the Co-op was also excellent.  Everyone was so professional and caring - it lifted a huge weight off our shoulders to know that we were being so well looked after and on the day, the funeral went very smoothly from start to finish.
