Ashley took care of us extremely well from our initial telephone contact to engage Co-op's services to arrange my mother's funeral.

Everything was well organised and it meant that it took the stress out of what was already a very difficult time. The Co-op staff on the day of the funeral did an excellent job and handled everything perfectly.

I cannot recommend Ashley and the team at Blackburn Co-op highly enough.

Gary at Redruth was wonderful. He went above and beyond to make sure we were all cared for with the upmost respect and care - Our family to my late Husband. We never felt rushed and he gently guided us with his knowledge.
My Husband was transferred to your Royal Wootton Bassett care home, as his service was held in Swindon, where I feel although they were fine, it felt more of a business in comparison to Redruth.

Liberty and the Co-Op funeral care team were wonderful. They made a truly difficult time in our lives, the easiest it could be be, treating us with respect, kindness and thoughtfulness. They guided us through the decision making process, ensuring we went at our pace and were not overwhelmed. Liberty made excellent suggestions and gave us sound advice. She has truly been wonderful and is an absolute asset to the company. Likewise, the celebrant Carole, was wonderful and Sharon our funeral director on the day was so compassionate and caring. I would not hesitate to recommend the Co-Op Winsford Funeral Services as a place to guide a family through the worst of times with care, compassion, respect and professionalism and I am extremely grateful to them all.
