Due to being let down by another funeral director and a further company causing quite alit if distress with their policies, Mark helped enormously, such a relief to have someone come up with a solution and understanding our needs. I cannot fault any member of your staff for the excellent service and support we received at this difficult time. Everyone showed great patience and empathy but I must mention Heather and Karen in particular. They both took whatever time required to explain everything and they listened to all of our opinions and requests. This was obviously a very traumatic time for us so the care and thoughtfulness shown by Heather, Karen and the rest of the staff was very much appreciated by myself and the family
