From the moment I came into your office and met Tracey I felt we were in safe hands. She was very considerate and sympathetic.  Peter Davies visited the house and discussed the type of funeral service we wanted . He was also the person we would have wished for. On the day of my husband’s funeral both of them did a fantastic job and we have no cause for any complaint. They made that sorrowful day much easier for me and my family. Thank you.

 Ian listened to the all my requests and made them happen. Flowers, music, details on Order Of Service, arrival at church …..all were coordinated with care, kindness and professionalism.

This is the first ever time that i have had to use your service and at first i was a bit apprehensive as im quite a younger person at 39 to lose a close parent. I chose you as my mother Carol Trevarthen used to shop quite often at the Co Op and i thought it would be a nice dignified way for her to use a service that she knew about before. The Funeral Director explained everything to me very well.l if i was unsure about anything i had my Dad and brother and my partner there to make it more comforting for me so i wasnt going to get upset over it and made sure it was in my mothers best interests.

Could not fault the services of the whole team from Mik and Arlene at the removal to Shirley during the arrangements, Helen during our visit to grandad, and to Angie, lindsay and Bill on the day for their professionalism despite being completely soaked from the rain. Thank you all. It was a lovely service for grandad and he would have been proud.
