Thank you to all the wonderful staff at H. Goodwin who made the funeral for my Mum bearable. Compassion right from the start from Vikki, Marjorie and Dave. The service was arranged beautifully and myself and family could not have wished for a nicer celebration of my Mother's life.

The service provided was excellent apart from at the very end when at the crematorium the requested screen photograph which was specifically chosen by the family was missing and initially the wrong music was played for the exit, hence the rating of very good and not excellent.

Sarah was my first point of contact who was very knowledgeable and sent me the links detailing what I had to do and in what order, which was greatly appreciated.
Debbie visited the elderly gentleman I support at home & was very professional & caring whilst discussing the arrangements.
Everything ran very smoothly from the start & I appreciated all the updates and help that supported us thru this sad time.

The service I received from Donna was second to none. She was excellent through the whole process and I couldn't fault her at all. She is a star. Rick on the day was also so lovely and he saw to it that things went so smoothly for which I am very grateful. I thank them both for there warmth and kindness through our families sad time.

We could not have wished for a better celebration of Harry Allen's life. A wonderful service from beginning to end. The whole process was handled with care and compassion. Nothing ever felt rushed or too much effort. We would like to thank everyone who made this very sad time in our lives a little more bearable.

The whole team from Brown's were exceptional. From the moment my late uncle was brought into the funeral home and until his burial he was treated with the utmost care and respect.
The planning of his funeral was professional and well organised and enabled family members to contribute and express our wishes for certain parts of the funeral. When it became known the funeral would have a military presence and media coverage the Brown's team were outstanding and maintained dignity and respect for my late uncle while at the same time rose to the occasion and ensured all the additional elements went smoothly. My late uncle's funeral was a respectful, dignified celebration of his life, achievements and values. Thank you.

The co op funeral care was excellent when dealing with mams death explaining everything from prices ,services and helpful advice with dealing with costs , we were informed if there were any issues and the.staff there who were friendly and compassionate dealt with any issues and resolved them straight away .I would recommend them highly to anyone dealing with a death of a loved one .

The co-op funeral directors in Windsor did excellent service for me to organise my cousins funeral.  As I live in Cornwall it was complicated, but the arrangements went very well on the day and the family were very pleased.
