I would just like to thank David and Sharon for everything they have done for us dealing with my mums funeral. Nothing is to much trouble and they make you feel so calm and at ease. I cannot thank them enough for looking after my mum and our family. The service they provide is respectful, heartfelt and I'll be forever grateful to them for their time and help.

We had opted for a direct cremation and I found Jodie who went through the whole process in a very kind and thoughtful way.  I asked just to be told when the cremation had taken place and this again was conveyed in a very thoughtful and respectful way.  The whole process can be a very emotional experience but I cannot praise the staff more highly and thank them for their kindness during a very sad time for me.

At times like these you need to be able to trust the service of your chosen funeral directors. Unfortunately I have had to use this service twice in the last nine months. Both funerals the staff on the day carried out the funerals with exceptional professionalism and compassion and we felt extremely well looked after. The first moment we met Jane to discuss arrangements we knew we would be in safe hands. Jane put us at ease and nothing we have ever asked of Jane has been too much trouble - she is one in a million and a total assest to the company. Would also like to mention funeral director Mark who has sadly passed now but Directed our Dads funeral last June - a true professional and gentleman. All in all i would never use anyone else but The co op .....they made our awful situations more bearable. Thankyou to all of the staff .

On top of the tremendous grief that comes with the loss of a mother, handling the final arrangements can be a tremendous weight. However due to assistance from Pamela and her staff at COOP funeral care Lesmahagow , that weight was much easier to bear. I first called Pamela the day after my mother passed and everything down to the last detail was dealt with in a friendly and professional manner. Pamela took care of everything I needed in an extremely timely manner. I cannot say enough to thank her and her staff, and to recommend her to others.
