Lee and the team have been excellent  throughout the planning and organisation of my step dad’s funeral. They guided us through each step.
The order of service was very professionally made with personal touches that Lee thoughtfully added. On the day of the funeral everything was timed to perfection and very professional. The celebrant that was recommended to us was also excellent and gave a respectful account of my step dad’s life. 
The photographs on the screen were also a lovely part of the service, Lee gave us the link to get these uploaded. 
 I wouldn’t hesitate to  recommend Lee and her team to provide their services at such a sad and difficult time for families.

A funeral is a very upsetting and stressful event, the team at Porters were so kind, considerate and supportive during the whole process. Due to a slight delay in our particular process Ray rang on a few occasions to ensure that we were coping ok and if they could do anything! I know this is their job but you can see that they want to make a difference and remove as much unnecessary stress as possible. They all are amazing!

At such a sad and emotional time in my life the staff at Frank Woods have been so amazing. Very supportive and always willing to offer further help even when the funeral has taken place.

My dad passed away recently and he had a plan with co-op funeralcare. The moment St Anne's funeralcare took him into their care they were very professional, respectful, and considerate. Treated my mum with great care and the funeral organiser was truly remarkable. She organised the whole thing from start to finish, giving you all the choices that were available for the various elements of the day. Communication was continuous throughout to ensure all details were covered. She was very supportive, kind and generally a very nice lady. I could not of wished for a better send off for a truly deserving dad.
