Organisation of my mums funeral was easy for us, as you done everything we wanted, communication was good, any changes we needed to make, wasn't a problem to you. It made the whole process less stressful for us, from start to finish.

Everything was just perfect Tina I can't thank enough, all the staff were just lovely.
So caring and respectful to our family and our loved ones we have lost. Tina worked on our order of service with all the personal touches it was just perfect.

The Funeral Home worked professionally in tandem with the family to ensure that everything starting from the planning stage through church service and burial ceremony worked out timely and excellently well. Very supportive and empathic right from the beginning upto the end.

Timothy in Battersea was kindness itself and was a great support.
Jackie at Sidley Funeral Care was also very supportive and assisted me through a difficult situation.
Fiona was also a star and led my brother’s funeral with dignity and  sympathy. Thank you all!

I was treated from the start with so much compassion and care from the moment my mum was picked up from home right through the whole arrangements. Chris in garston was so lovely assuring me my mum was fine and she was getting looked after Chris organised it all even helping me to contact Wendy the celebrant. During the funeral John was really caring and made sure everyone was taken great care of. I cannot thank the whole team enough including the team at Breck rd.

Timothy the funeral director goes above and beyond, he is very easy to talk to and put my mind at ease. He didn’t try and sell me anything I didn’t want. The funeral for my husband was flawless, it went ahead smoothly. It was a really nice send off, my husband would have loved it. I recommend the coop at Battersea, Timothy knows exactly what to say in a time when your family are all grieving.

Our funeral director Gavin was second to none, he was patient, compassionate and we felt he went the extra mile. Losing my nan was the most difficult time and making arrangements was tough but Gavin and the team at Strathmore House handled  everything with the utmost dignity and care.
