The service we recieved from Co-op was fantastic. Mike the funeral director was very kind and respectful and took care of everything for us from start to finish making sure everything ran smoothly for us. The staff Abbie and Kerry where also very kind and considerate and took fantastic care of our Son whilst he was with them. We can not thank you all enough for the support you offered at the most difficult and devastating time for our family.

At such a sad time, Issey and her team were faultless with their service. Nothing was too much for them, and went at our pace.
Very accommodating. She guided us through the process and kept us up to date every step of the way. This was something i have never had to do and Issey put us all at easy with the arrangements.

From our first contact with the Dorchester team,  they made my Dads final journey as good as it could be.  Their attention to detail was amazing,  they ensured  all aspects of the funeral were tailored to Dad and the family.  nothing was too much trouble.

I felt that the office was not communicating with the hospital well. My husband did not get a pm until I complained to the hospital.The service was wonderful the staff were professional and everyone said what a lovely service it was.
