From start to finish the coop team at plympton Plymouth were superb.we mainly dealt with Ben and he was so polite , helpful and advised but not pushy it the slightest.
Ben and Skye made a very sad situation for my family and i that little bit easier and even went the extra mile wearing butterflies on the day ,as my mum loved butterflies.

Excellent service from all concerned. Only problem I had was getting in touch with the local office because of there being one member of staff. Would have been better if you had someone else to answer the phone when the other person was busy with clients.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish.julee was such a warm person,she went above and beyond my expectations. The whole process was made easier by your professional staff, from collecting Dad on a Saturday, to preparing for his cremation with Bernie at Hoylake Branch, the to event itself with "Dave" looking after us on the day and finally to the collection of Dad's cremated remains.

Throughout it all, staff made it all a lot easier and their kindness was very much appreciated by all the family.

My wife died on a quiet Sunday morning, but within a couple of hours of being telephoned they were on site, preparing to remove her body and taking her to a place of rest. After that, on Monday, the full process was started, with the Co-0p being efficient and sympathetic. I recommend Co-op Funeralcare for your deceased.

All the staff at Wootton Bassett Funeralcare were so very professional, thoughtful and helpful in arranging my mother's recent funeral.  They looked after us all so well and helped us through a very emotional time and the family are very grateful to their care.

The funeral for Peter went very well, in the lovely chapel in Tunbridge Wells. The staff were on time and very friendly and allowed us time to proceed as we wished. The staff in the office were also very helpful. My only issue was that we were looking for a simple and inexpensive Essential Funeral but told that if we wanted to choose a date and time we needed a Tailored funeral. However we then got very little choice at all for the extra money. On the day there was no funeral either before us or after us at the Chapel which would indicate that other times were actually available.
