The compassion and empathy shown to our whole family during a very difficult time was  exceptional. The care taken to ensure everything went how we wanted it to go was wonderful and the service provided cannot be faulted in any way. All staff showed a total respect for my deceased dad and constantly ensured that our grieving family’s needs were met. John Weir, Rainham came highly recommended to us. The first person we encountered was Shane when he came to the Care Home to collect Mum. This was handled with much empathy and sensitivity. We then called into the office and Anna dealt with us. Everything was well explained in a most sympathetic manner with nothing too much trouble. This excellent treatment carried on throughout the period leading up to the actual Funeral. Once more, Shane was looking after us on the day itself which exceeded our expectations. The cars were immaculate and the drive down to the crematorium very smooth and stately, again nothing was too much trouble. During the service itself, the picture show was excellent and the streaming service unobtrusive.

Thank you very much everyone at John Weir, we shall certainly recommend you.

Amanda and her team were amazing! From the moment we contacted her nothing was too much trouble at any time. She took care of everything, gave us the best advice and in the most sympathetic way. Everyone has been so kind and helpful throughout the whole process, from the private ambulance the night of passing, to the gentlemen taking care of every detail on the day of the funeral. I didn't get everyone's names, but would like to publicly thank them all, especially Sharon who guided us through everything;She has been wonderful throughout.
People are reluctant to talk about funerals, but everyone at Weir's has made the whole process, as serene and dignified as possibly , at such an emotional and difficult time.
