Everyone so kind and caring. Julia in Parkwood office is wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble for her. She explains everything in detail and will go over things if you are not clear on them. 

Kevin and his colleagues were very courteous and professional from taking my husband from home to bringing him to the chapel for burial.  Everyone has been lovely.  Thank you John Weir.

From the initial phone call to after the funeral the staff at the Gillingham branch were so supportive, helpful and kind. The funeral service and burial went completely to plan on the day with such respect and dignity shown by the staff. At such a difficult time the way we were guided through everything that needed to be put in place was exceptional.
