After the passing of my Mum, I chose John Weir funeral directors as they had been a family favourite for many years.
Their service is without fault, showing compassion and patience with every aspect of the arrangements for your loved ones funeral.
From my initial enquiry, to meeting Ben at the Chatham branch and consequently the funeral at Medway crematorium, I felt confident that all would go smoothly,as it did on the day.

From start to finish, I cannot fault the team at John Weir. Deena helped me get a last minute appointment, in order to ensure my Mum was taken into their care from the hospital at the earliest opportunity, something that was important to me as she passed close to Christmas. Sharon at Rainham, was so helpful, respectful and friendly, guiding me through the process. On the day of Mum's funeral we had the first snow of the year. Shane explained exactly how we would proceed, organised the cars and took great care of Mum at the crematorium. He and his team ensured everything ran smoothly, with care and respect. Thank you for your care and excellent customer service.

From our first contact, Julia was very helpful and professional. From the planning, advice, help and the useful booklets and information sent by email right through to checking the day before that everything was as we wanted it to calling a couple of days after the funeral to ensure everything went well. Very caring staff helped to make a difficult process more bearable.
On the actual funeral day everything ran smoothly and all the bearers and staff were smart, efficient and very caring of the family.
