Ben, at John Weir treated me with kindness, consideration and great efficiency in carrying out my wishes in preparation for my husband's funeral. On the day my family and I felt cared for. Everything ran according to plan, we weren't rushed and they made the experience as pleasant as it could possibly be. I would like to thank them all and would recommend their services unreservedly.

Our dad only set up a funeral plan with John Weir in April and was greeted by Julia who was fantastic you are lucky to have her as part of your team. Sadly dad passed away in August and again Julia was supportive to our family and carried out dad ever wish.

The whole process was smooth and handled extremely professionally but also with compassion and care. I felt supported all the way and they never made me feel my little queries were unimportant. In fact one of the staff said if it matters to you it matters to us. I also really appreciated the fact you deal with one member of staff all the way from start to end. On the day of the funeral the pallbearers and drivers couldn’t have been more kind and the gentleman overseeing the day was so polite and there was a great deal of respect for me, the other mourners and the vicar who was taking the service. I can’t recommend them highly enough, they were brilliant

John Weir are exemplary Funeral Directors. We are so glad that we chose them for our parents' funerals. They take care of every aspect in a professional and sensitive manner. Their chapel of rest is peaceful and they treated our parents with dignity and compassion. Nothing is too much trouble - they accommodated all our needs, answered questions, led us gently through the various stages of planning and kept us informed at all times. Their experience and knowledge is impressive and they explained everything to us clearly and simply - it just made everything so much easier, at what is an emotional time. Very attentive and respectful on the day of the funeral - which ran smoothly and enabled us to relax and say our final farewells. Will always be grateful that John Weir were there beside us all the way - would highly recommend them to anyone.

Such a caring company and Sharon was completely superb along with everyone who made this day so comforting and honoured everything we wanted . Excellent professionalism shown from the first call with Shane out of hours . I cannot thank Deana enough for looking after my beautiful Mum. I will forever be greatful. My Mum had a beautiful send off. Deana was always checking in on us. Keeping us updated and asking sure me and my family were okay.

Sharon was very supportive, explaining all the options available within dad's prepaid plan. She was always available to answer mums questions. We could not have asked for a better service in our time of mourning.

Most excellent service provided especially from Les and Amanda..whilst making the arrangements...nothing to much trouble whilst getting through this most upsetting time. Very understanding of our situation and they were always willing to assist with any concerns that we may have had right up to the day of the funeral..we were treated with kindness and respect. The service was conducted respectfully by the celebrant, a most beautiful service which captured my husband to a 'T'. All I can say is thank you, thank you, to all who were involved.

Absolutely amazing ! Can’t thank  John Weirs staff for all they have done for my Mother and Fathers funeral . From the moment I made first contact and after in their follow up after the Funneral to check that I was happy with that had been done.
