Every detail, from arranging the service to handling paperwork, was managed with care and sensitivity. Their guidance and support eased our burden, allowing us to focus on honouring my mum's memory. John Weir's were the first choice for us as they have dealt with our family funerals over the years. The whole experience was made easier for us by their kindness and professional service. Julia, our funeral director, was lovely. She answered all our questions promptly and made everything clear. There was no attempt to 'up sell' or push any item on to us. On the day itself Simon and his team looked after us really well and made sure everything went smoothly. The recommended celebrant, Annie, was perfection itself. She was warm, welcoming with a lovely calm way of speaking. I would have no hesitation to recommend John Weir Funeral services to anyone.

From the moment I contacted Sharon at John Weir Rainham I felt at ease in arranging my sisters funeral. Not living local didn’t create any problems for me to make the suitable arrangements which corresponded with my sisters funeral plan.
The whole process came together very well on the day. Simon the Funeral Director and Peter the Celebrant were both extremely helpful and professional throughout the ceremony. 
I can’t praise John Weir Rainham highly enough for their help and professionalism.

From our first contact to the end of all the arrangements, we had an excellent service.  Everything was dealt with ease, care and compassion.  Contact was also excellent.  There are a couple of names we want to make a special mention - Sharon, a very nice and compassionate person at the office.  Simon who lead the hearse was very caring, pleasant and made things easy for us on a very difficult day.
