The service provided was professional and organised. We were guided through every step of the process. It's a really difficult time for the family and we felt supported and that we could call for advice as needed. It seems like a long time waiting to be able to register the death and to obtain the death certificate, until you can make that first appt. However we were give information so that we could start to plan things.

It was a priority for John Weir's to make sure that every detail was taken care of and how we wanted it to be, which was reassuring.

On the day, the staff were kind and gentle, again supporting us through every stage of the funeral and giving us their time and guidance, from leaving the house to returning to the wake.

The celebrant, Annie Love, chosen by Sharon, for our service, was also perfect and worked with us to make it the personal service that we wanted.

It was a lovely final farewell for our lovely mum and we are very grateful.

In such a hard time, John Weir were amazing. Very professional, had continuous contact and were happy to work with the British Armed Forced to allow my husband to have a military funeral. I will forever be thankful to them all.

Many thanks to Amanda and Ben for their kindness and attention to detail in making all the arrangements for our brother's funeral and likewise to the extremely professional team looking after us at the services for the evening Reception of the Body and then the Requiem Mass and the Burial the next day. Everything was done with great respect and honour for our brother and with great kindness towards the family.

Was lovely and professional,  we would of said excellent but the middle name was wrong which had to be changed on the order of service and the funeral guide ( which is still wrong in the write up part ) then through the service on the day of funeral the wrong name was put on the screen again .

I don't have enough words to say how amazing the service we received from John Weir was. I sadly lost my husband in February and from the time of our first interview with Anna, and still to this day, we have felt cared for and supported and have felt that our every need and wish have been listened to and taken care of. Thank you Anna in particular for the support leading up to Ron's funeral and thank you to the team that looked after us on the day. All amazing, kind, courteous, and professional.
