I wanted to arrange a funeral for my wife whilst my daughter who lives in Australia was in the UK. John Weir's were excellent and Julia Stevens at Parkwood in particular went above and beyond to help that to happen for us.
Simon and the guys on the day of the funeral were also excellent and respectful.
Thank you for helping us through this difficult time.

What could have been an awkward funeral as it was 20 miles away was handles
with complete efficiency. We asked for a detour to pass my mothers house and of
course you obliged. We asked for you to ensure my son who is wheelchair bound
was immediately behind the funeral cars after church and he was.
Shane was in control and we did not have to worry about anything Thank you for
making an emotional day stress free.'

Thank you so much for organising mum’s funeral. It was a perfect tribute to her. Bridget summed up mum extremely well. The photo tribute was beautiful. The flowers, from Wigmore florists, were wonderful.

Deana was our main contact with the company and was so sensitive and helpful and guided us thoughtfully through decisions for the day. The team who were with us on the day of the funeral were amazing. They were respectful, courteous and made what was a sad day much easier with their support.

The reputation of John Weir is well known and respected in the Medway area. This is the first time I’ve used them and would have no hesitation in recommending John Weir for the final journey of your loved one. 

All the staff were diligent, thoughtful and dignified.  Nothing was too much trouble at a deeply emotional and personal time.  

In particular, Anna at the Rainham office went above and beyond.  On the day, the team, lead by Kevin were assuring and calming at a very emotional time. All the staff have been so caring and I’d like to pass on my thanks.

John Weir in Rainham did such an amaZing job in 2018 with my nan that when my dad died unexpectedly I knew i wanted to use them for him. From my initial phone call where the lady i spoke to actually gave me to Sharon who looked after my nan, to collecting his ashes everything was perfect. Sharon was always on hand by phone or email to answer all questions and she truly did everything she could to make this time easier. The lovely men who accompanied to dads coffin/hearse and limo for were pure gentlemen and very respectful. I would recommend them to everyone.
