We would like to thank the whole team at John Weir's for the faultless service they provided to myself and my FamiIy. From our first meeting with Julia at Parkwood through to our final goodbye to mum the whole procedure was carried out with the utmost professionalism, kindness, and consideration. Each time we spoke with, or had any contact with the team, all our concerns or requests were met with patience and compassion. We were guided throughout the whole process very sensitively. It made a difficult time, less stressful for the whole family, which was very much appreciated.

The day itself went very smoothly thanks to the attention to detail paid by all the team, but a special mention must go to Shane who directed operations yet remained respectful, courteous and very professional always checking on us to make sure we were happy with proceedings and made what was a sad day much easier with his support. The whole team really are a credit to the John Weir family.

We would also like to thank you for putting us in touch with the Celebrant, Bridget Sapiano, who was so wonderful. She took the time to get to know our mum and the lovely lady that she was through us for her script for the ceremony and we would like to thank her so much for the beautiful service she delivered which has helped us say goodbye to our Mum as she deserved. She would have loved it!

From start to finish John Weir at Parkwood were fantastic and I would recommend them without hesitation.

My brother David and myself were very impressed by the professionalism shown by Ben, at the Chatham Office, in arranging my mother's funeral. From commencement to the day of her funeral I was contacted on several occasions by Ben to ensure that I was feeling fine and updating me as to the progress of the funeral.
