I found Les particularly helpful and professional . I appreciated the telephone calls to go through things the day before the funeral and felt that he was approachable if I had any queries. He was also very patient and I did not feel rushed . 
The rest of the team were very professional on the day of the funeral .

My family and I were completely happy with the excellent service from John Weir and particularly wish to thank Deana for her sensitivity and kindness to my son, daughter and myself. She went out of her way to make sure everything was exactly as we would wish. On the day of the funeral, Simon and the team  made sure everything went perfectly smoothly, most attentive to our welfare.
I have found the booklet “ Now what?” very helpful and I will be referring to it several times in the future.
