I never realised just how wonderful this company are.

We were very happy with John Weir's handling of Chris's funeral. Particularly Anna who was so helpful and accomodating of our requests, and made a very difficult time much easier. Shane, who came with us to the service was very professional and kind and made sure everything went as we wanted. We would certainly recommend them.

All the John Weir people I worked with were the epitome of professionalism and kindness. They made you feel involved, but not burdened, respected, but not patronised. During such a turbulent time for any family John Weir staff were always there to provide whatever was needed, and filling the gaps wherever necessary. Their connections with the associated agencies, from hospital to church, takes all the stress out of planning such an important event.

All the staff at Rainham and Parkwood have shown such kindness and consideration. Julia helped us every step of the way which led to a perfect send off for my mother in law. When my father in law went into Rainham to say his last goodbye he was treated with great respect. Kindness helps a lot at this sad time .
