An absolute first class service from Les and the team at John Weir, Gillingham. I can honestly say the service was faultless from start to finish. Les has to be the most professional, friendly human being I have met in recent times. His levels of integrity are unrivalled going above and beyond to do what he says he is going to do and then some. My 80 year old Mother having just lost her Husband, was immediately put at ease and comforted by Les who ensured my late Father had the funeral he duly deserved and one we as a family were very proud of. Les was always on hand to assist and guide us through the process and nothing was ever too much trouble. On the day of the funeral, it ran exactly as Les described. My Mother and family were looked after by Shane and his team who yet again we could not speak more highly of. Shane was so attentive to my Mum and made sure we were really well looked after. Again another absolute Gentleman who is a credit to the John Weir team. I must also add that the whole service received was exceptionally good value and the total cost was nothing like the television adverts and sales team trying to sell funeral plans would have you believe.
The biggest thank you again to Les, Shane and all the team at John Weir, Gillingham.

I first came across John Wiers when I worked in a care home and found them so kind and showed such respect and kindness to the deseased, so I used them when my Mum passed away then recently for my Daughter personally I would not use anyone else and would highly recommend them.

From the outset, the staff at John Weir have just been brilliant. Prompt collection of my Father from the Nursing Home to the John Weir Chapel of Rest. The early interaction with both Deana and Sharon was excellent and made the job of organising the Funeral from Malta the week before much easier and very smooth.
The advice given was spot on which led to a fantastic celebration of my Father's life at the Garden of England Crematorium at Bobbing, ably assisted by Kevin and his staff providing advice to the family Pallbearers and ensuring the Service ran smoothly. All staff are a credit to John Weir and a great big thank you from me.

We could not fault the service provided to us for my mum’s funeral by John Weir staff. From beginning to end everything was faultless and perfect. Les, in particular in the office did everything he could to meet our requirements and checked and double-checked everything. We had the funeral my mum had hoped for due to his attention to detail. The staff on the day of the funeral were professional, they just got on with the job and we didn’t really notice they were there, which is how it should be. On the day, my mum passed it was Ben and Kieran who came to visit. They put us at ease at a traumatic time and their respect and kindness is memorable. Sharon was the perfect person to help me with all aspects of my mother's funeral as I truly didn't have a clue as to what, where, how or when. She took a lot of pressure off me & for that I will always be deeply grateful.

Ben at John Weir is amazing. He treats you like one of the family and cannot do enough for you. We've had Ben arrange funerals for both my Dad and Mum who sadly passed away within 7 months of each other. He has been so kind, and all at John Weir made the funerals go so smoothly and with great attention to detail. I cannot recommend John Weir enough. Thank you so much
