John Weir Funeral Directors have been simply outstanding. Julia struck the tone just right to ensure that we were looked after incredibly well whilst meeting the required timelines. Shane and his colleagues delivered an excellent service to our family on the day of the funeral ensuring that my father was offered the grace and dignity that he deserved as he was laid to rest. Ben and Kelly took great care of my father whilst he was in his care in the lead up to his funeral. An amazing team who all pulled together and afforded us the right levels of empathy and understanding as we, as a family, aimed to strike the right balance of dignity and intimacy. We could not have done it without such a wonderful team at John Weir's. Thank you all so much.

Ben at john weir was simply amazing . From the first phone call I made to him, and the many phone calls and emails afterwards. He made us (myself and my brother) extremly comfortable with the steps that came next. From the first call to the final day and goodbye he was professional,steadfast and handled everything with total compassion, respect and gave me so much strength to be able to say goodbye to my amazing dad THANK YOU SO MUCH BEN

From the moment I contacted John Weir, outside of office hours on a weekend, I have only had dealings with professional, sensitive members of staff. Nothing was too much trouble and there were regular phone calls to update me and offer guidance when needed.

My sister and I dealt with the Parkwood office and Julia. 
We had wonderful caring service at the very difficult time of the death of our Mother. The funeral of my husband was everything that I had hoped that it would be. I felt that I had given my husband the send-off that I wanted for him and I know that he would have wanted. This would not have been possible without the excellent service given by John Weir and particularly by Ben. I felt that my every request was taken into account and quiet advice given when needed. May I also say here that Peter Tongue, the Celebrant, was also excellent in the part that he played.
