Julia at John Weir Parkwood made everything so easy, she accommodated our extra wishes, made valuable suggestions and put us in contact with the great Bridget. The undertakers on the day took control when we couldn't, they were both professional and sympathetic. We felt sure that our Grandma was well looked after on her final journey.

We were very well looked after by the Chatham branch by Ben and Amanda. From start to finish they made an already difficult situation that little easier. Everything was done with such dignity from being there in person and communication via email and phone. It’s the little things that count and the small details was what we found makes John Weir stand out. Absolutely faultless throughout. On the day of the funeral we were treated with the upmost respect and cannot fault one detail, so thank you to Ben and the rest of the team for easing the stress and worry to make sure Brian had the best send off we could have asked for.
