John Weir Funeral Directors were first class being not only extremely professional but kind and caring from the moment I made the first phone call to them to when our mum was finally laid to rest. Kevin and his team on the day were just lovely, helping the family pall bearers and ensuring everything ran to time. At such a sad time it's so good to know you can leave everything in safe hands.

They were so kind, caring and considerate and made the whole process as smooth as possible. Every one of their staff were excellent and went above and beyond to help in any way they could. Julia at the Parkwood branch was very good from the start to finish, she kept us informed all the way and nothing was too much trouble for her. On the funeral day the cars arrived with the funeral team and they were immaculate. The service performed by the celebrant, Kathryn was very good and went very smoothly. I would recommend John Weir to anyone.

From making the initial appointment with Julia in the John Weir Parkwood office and each step to the day of the funeral service everything was made very easy and professional,always thinking of the immediate family.

The service received throughout has been impeccable, Julia at Parkwood office was empathetic, approachable and knowledgeable and extremely accessible. My limited contact with the female staff in the Rainham office was to this high standard as well and gave me time and support when needed, Thankyou.

On the day of the funeral again we were cared for in a gentle, respectful manner. Our gentleman looking after us was extremely polite, empathetic and so professional. Jenny Hall was excellent, she presented the service for our mum in a professional, understanding and attentive manner, her ability to pick up on how we wished the details to be presented was excellent. 

It is terribly important that the service you receive at such a emotionally challenging time needs to flow and be faultless - The professional service we received from my initial call on the weekend to the day of the service has been excellent.

Excellent service from John Weir Funeral Directors.
Particular thanks to Anna Daltrey who guided us through every step of the emotional process, explaining what we needed from the hospital, what the registrar needed from us and finally arranging the service and liaising with the celebrant. Every action was confirmed by email.
On the day of the funeral , the drivers and attendants were caring and attentive without being intrusive.

Not only did they guide us through the process of arranging a funeral with kindness and compassion. They  took the additional steps to make sure to always check on our own well-being. Nothing was too much for them.
