From the 1st visit , to the last , Julia was so very helpful to us....professional ,friendly and showed great empathy
She is a credit to your team Mr Weir .
Yiur attending men on the day of Mum's service were first class too , professional , smart(lovely shiny shoes , important to me) and made sure we all knew exactly what was happening.
As i said to Julia ...John Weir make the unbearable ...bearable.

From initial contact to post service the level of support and communication has been outstanding. Everything was dealt with compassionately but efficiently.
Les in particular ensured continuing dialogue and always sought to ensure all requirements were being met.
The team on the day of the service were also excellent, caring but professional.

I cannot thank John Weir Funeral Directors enough for helping make such a difficult time easier. Deana made the whole process seem much less daunting. She was kind, patient and always available if we had any questions. John Weir worked quickly and efficiently so that I was able to see my dad one last time. The funeral itself ran smoothly and was just what we wanted to say goodbye and celebrate the life of our loved one. I would recommend John Weir in a heartbeat.
