It was a very personal service from start to finish and although it was a service you knew that they actually cared. It was this care that made it so good. Anna Daltrey was very patient, kind and guided us through every aspect of having a funeral.

At a difficult time I have to say the service received was outstanding which made a sad time immensely easier to deal with. Dad was collected from home with dignity and compassion. Subsequent appointments for funeral arrangements were carried out professionally,compassionately and were very informative. Any questions we had after meeting Julia were always promptly answered. Each member of staff from the initial call to the day of the funeral knew exactly what was required and were extremely professional as well as very courteous.

I have never had to plan a funeral nor have I been involved in the planning of one. I had absolutely no clue what I was doing and so John Weir was recommended to me by a family member. They were incredibly kind and I don’t know how easy it is to plan the logistics of a funeral but they made it incredibly easy for me. They have taken care of my Grandad very well and were always happy to answer any extra questions I had. They were also very accommodating to me and considerate of the fact that I live 3-4 hours away. I don’t really have the words to put across how grateful I am. Thank you so much to Ben and the team - Nikita.

Where to begin? From the moment John Weir collected my husband from home l knew he was in safe hands. They were without exception, caring & kind. They gently guided us through the most difficult of times so that we could lay him to rest in the way he wished & deserved. 
We cannot thank them enough, when we asked around prior to arranging the funeral we were told without fail “You must use John Weir, they are the best.” We can only endorse this 100% & thank them from the bottom of our hearts.
