Les at John Weir was my contact to arrange my Mum’s funeral. Every detail was accommodated for. In the weeks in between first meeting Les and the Funeral I was regularly updated on how things were progressing. On the day of the Funeral the gentleman that looked after me were exceptional. I could concentrate on giving my Mum a good send off safe in the knowledge everything was organised. I would throughly recommend John Weir for any funeral arrangements without hesitation.

My family and I were pleased with the great lengths all the staff went to in arranging the funeral of my late mother. Arranging the correct pieces of music was not easy but they achieved it and dealt with the arrangements in a professional manner.

All good as expected,but didn't like the app for obituary/ donations etc. Awkward. And the link with passwords to watch service online were just lost among the dozens of emails i had so my relatives didn't get to watch it. And the view of the service was limited at medway Crematorium.

Very professional, got great advice for what my requirements were. Ben was very easy to deal with and on the day of the funeral everything went smoothly.

The conductor (forgotten his name) was also very attentive.
