Anna, at the Rainham branch, was incredibly professional and guided me through the whole process. This is a difficult time for anyone using such a service, and her empathy and understanding made it less painful. There is an awful lot to arrange and it was made easier by Anna. The people with the cortège on the day, were exemplary, and I can only praise everyone involved for their kindness and dedication in making the day go smoothly however difficult it was for me.

This was the second time that we have used John Weir for our close family funerals. 
They are very professional from the office staff to the gentleman who takes your loved one on their last journey. 
The professionalism comes with care and respect for your loved one as well as the family. 
I would not hesitate to use them again.

Nothing was too much trouble and they went the extra mile to make sure that a very sad accession went as smoothly as possible
Their attention to detail was impeccable and we were contacted regularly to keep us up to date with the progress
The booklet provided by John Funeral Directors offered a comprehensive list of relevant companies and associations that were needed and was very handy

From the first meeting, the JW representative (Sheron) was amazing. Always calm and reassuring when dealing with our (numerous) questions. Talked very clearly about our options and the impending processes and no question/request was deemed silly or irrelevant.
Always found time to discuss subsequent questions/changes and dealt with everything in the same accommodating manner.
Overall, the whole experience was made as easy as possible at a difficult time.

Outstanding service from the whole team. We had major traffic issues with an accident on the M2 closing 3 out of 4 lanes but alternate routes and constant communication, along with a calming “we’ve got this covered and everything will be ok” attitude really helped. And we made it virtually on time.  Would not hesitate to recommend

The staff at John Weirs were consummately professional, compassionate, kind and patient. We were made to feel that we were the only family that they were helping. On the day of the funeral, nothing was too much trouble for the 'team', we felt supported and cared for. Everything was done with dignity and respect. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
