Such sensitive guiding support throughout the whole process. Les couldn’t have been more helpful, regularly checking in to see how I was. 
Most touching was their offer to wear blue ties as I mentioned that my husband had requested no black for the funeral.

We had quite a "complicated" service to arrange as the numbers far exceeded those initially expected so the format for the service had to be changed. The flowers also had to be changed due to their availability.
All this Sharon at John Weir managed both efficiently and with compassion.

Julia and the team at John Weir we friendly, helpful and professional throughout the whole process. Everything went smoothly from the collection from the hospital to the funeral, five weeks later, at the crematorium. Can't thank them enough.
